Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Our rates include:
• Taxes (IGIC ) included.
• Unlimited Kilometers.
• Free additional driver.
• Free airport service / Tenerife South (from 7 days).
• Free cancellation or modification of the reservation.
• Insurances.
  • Collision Damage Waive.
  • In case of damage (accident, theft, car damage, damage without the involvement of third parties, etc.) is a police Damage report submitted in our office.
  • heft protection (TP).
  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
  • Third party coverage.
2. Once the client has made the reservation through the Internet, he/she will receive the confirmation or refusal of the request at the e-mail address provided.
3. The vehicle will be delivered in any one of our offices located in the airports or tourist sites.
4. The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up.
5. The driver must be in possession of the driver's licence to use the vehicle.
6. The driver's license must be valid in Europe and must have been issued at least 2 years prior.
7. You must be 23 years of age or more to rent or drive a car.
8. Payment will be made by credit card in our offices at the time of withdrawing the vehicle.
9. No monetary operations will be carried out through the Internet.
10. The personal data provided through the Internet pages will be handled as confidential and will not be transferred to third parties.
11. The insurance does not cover the following cases:
    • Damages to the rims, tyres and underside of the car.
    • Fines, loss or damage of keys, wrong refueling.
    • Accidents related to reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
    • Off road driving.
12. Vehicles cannot travel out of the island where they are rented.
